We are able to ship everything we make. We prefer to ship fresh meats frozen so that there is no chance of spoilage in transit, but dried and cured meats can be shipped fresh with ice packs. We try to ship everything on Tuesday to ensure that it is delivered before the weekend. Give us a call anytime to place an order and we will call right before we ship for final payment. Shipping rates vary on size and weight, so unfortunately we are unable to quote shipping cost until we have the order together and ready to ship.
